We are committed to delivering high-quality dental care with transparency, professionalism, and respect. These terms explain how we operate and what you can expect from us as a patient.
2. Website Use and Content
The information provided on this website is for general guidance and education.
It should not replace professional dental advice or clinical consultation.
While we aim to keep all information accurate and up to date, treatments, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
Any use of our logo, text, or images requires prior written permission.
3. Appointments, Cancellations & Non-Attendance
Appointments can be made by phone, email, or through our online enquiry form.
We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may result in a charge or deposit loss.
Repeated non-attendance may lead to removal from our patient list or restriction to emergency-only appointments.
If you arrive late, we may be unable to see you, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
4. Treatment Planning and Consent
Following a consultation, we will provide a written treatment plan outlining procedures, timelines, and estimated costs.
It is your responsibility to review this plan and discuss any questions before treatment begins.
Your informed consent will be obtained before any dental procedure.
Treatment plans are valid for 30 days and may need to be reviewed if delayed.
Any changes to your health, medication, or preferences must be communicated to the dentist prior to treatment.
5. Payments & Deposits
All fees are payable at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Some appointments may require a deposit or pre-payment to secure your booking.
We accept debit/credit cards, cash, and approved finance options.
Finance is subject to status and provided by regulated third-party partners.
NHS treatments are charged in line with current NHS Band Fees.
6. Refunds and Guarantees
Dental treatments involve biological responses and individual variations; therefore, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds are not provided for completed treatments unless deemed clinically necessary.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please contact the Practice Manager as soon as possible so we can review and resolve the issue.
Laboratory-made items (e.g., crowns, dentures, bridges) are non-refundable once fitted, unless faulty.
7. Personal Data & Privacy
We collect and store personal information only as necessary for clinical care and communication.
All data is handled according to UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Patient records are kept confidential and are never shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Medical Information
Patients must provide accurate and complete medical histories before treatment begins.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or allergies.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment safety and outcomes.
9. Pricing and Estimates
Treatment prices are clearly displayed in the practice and on our website where applicable.
All estimates are provided in writing after an examination.
If additional treatment becomes necessary during your care, costs will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
Promotions and offers are subject to availability and may change without notice.
